Contract Management & Administration

With combined professional and site based experience, co-projects has a practical approach to the administration of its construction projects. From commencement on site through to practical completion, duties undertaken could include:

- Preparation of budgets

- Review of design details

- Prepare trade packages, devise scope of works

- Assess sub-contract and supplier tenders and award contracts

- Intepret drawings and specifications

- Document distribution

- Resolve technical queries with consultants

- Administration of head contract conditions

- Administration and co-ordination of sub-contractors and suppliers

- Co-ordination of shop drawings for off-site manufacture

- Preparation of site safety plans

- Conduct meetings with all project participants including authorities
