During the final stages of construction alot of activities come together to allow the project achieve practical completion and sign-off from all necessary authorities. All contract requirements have to be met and deliverables achieved to navigate this stage successfully.

co-projects has the experience of closing out construction projects including:

- Co-ordination and preparation of O&M manuals

- Organise training for client personnel

- Client liasion during handover and fit-out

- Liasion with Shire departments to achieve the required sign off's

- Co-ordination and presentation of warranties

- Manage the rectification of defects raised at practical completion

- Manage defect issues that arise during the Defects Liability Period (DLP)
